But what you do to your vehicle wrap in these conditions can be potentially harmful. Although snow is uncommon in Phoenix, frozen windshields, windows, and rear windows are very common.  Most folks will use an ice scrapper to remove the ice (or use a credit card/gift card) on the windows.  This is completely acceptable if the window is not wrapped with vinyl or any perforated vinyl.  If your window is wrapped you will almost certainly rip off or damage the vinyl material and will have to replace it.  The best way to avoid this is to run the defrost or window heaters. Use a snow brush or something like it to remove the ice and snow.
