Our 35,000 sq. ft. shop harbors seven large format printers capable of producing 12,000 sq. ft. of graphics per hour at G7 Master Certified quality. State-of-the-art digital die cutting machines and expert team members ensure the production process is seamless and our customers receive the products that exceed their expectations. Each of our machines is named after a character from either an 80’s movie or cartoon. HP Scitex 11000

Combining speed and quality in one big package, the HP Scitex 11000 uses smaller drops of ink to create crisp and vibrant images on a wide span of materials. The Scitex 11000 press is one of the fastest digital flatbed printers in use today. Each of the 312 high speed print heads drop 15 pico liter drops—which translates to near offset quality. This means we can print short and large runs very quickly, with low operating costs, without sacrificing quality.

The VUTEk HS 125 Pro is a versatile 10.5-ft hybrid flatbed/roll-fed printer that prints on rigid and flexible materials up to 2 inches (5.08 cm) thick. It produces high-quality graphics with resolutions of true 600 or 1000 dpi and has grayscale print capability. It is equipped with Pin & Cure imaging technology for high-quality reproduction.

The XP5100 is our go-to press for BIG graphics. Using durable, UV cured inks, the press can print panels up to 16’ wide, which can then be joined together to form building wraps and very large banners, both standard and mesh.

The Latex 3600 presses are the second generation of 10-foot wide latex printers from HP. With higher speed, quality, and durability, they excel at printing vibrant, high contrast vehicle wraps and fleet graphics, posters, and any graphics that will be viewed up close.

Zund is considered the top of the line when it comes to digital finishing equipment, and we are definitely happy with our two cutting tables. We can cut pretty much anything that we print to any shape. We can even crease, score, and fold prints to make some really interesting structures!

The Roland AP460 can print on a broad range of media, from vinyl, textiles, paper, film, wallpaper to low-cost uncoated options. What’s so convenient about this printer is that we have the capability to print double-sided banners with minimal operator intervention and the prints are dry and ready to finish or use immediately.
Our Roland AP460 printers are excellent for shorter runs where quality is key. Using Roland’s latex ink technology, they offer great speeds and unmatched resolution (1200 dpi). Handling up to five foot wide material, these printers make short work of posters, decals, banners, and various fabrics
Production Area
The Production Department at AZPRO is comprised of a collection of highly-skilled individuals who perform a multitude of duties that varies almost on a daily basis depending on the job. On any given day, one of our production associates could be sewing, grommeting, weeding, cutting, or applying decals, to name just a few of their duties.
