azpro family: Phil Lopez

  We are honored to shed the spotlight on our very own Phil. Phil Lopez is our Assistant Production Lead, and has worked with us for two years now. Phil truly radiates our azpro core values and in such a short time has absorbed a wealth of knowledge about the industry that has made him a valuable asset to our team. Read on to learn more about our interview Phil in this months spotlight! Where did you grow up? Tolleson, Arizona What do you love most about your job? I love the people I get to work with everyday What is some of the best advice you’ve ever received? Who gave you that advice? “Not everyone is going to like you, so keep on truckin’” My last supervisor, Ryan Freeman gave me that advice. What is essential to your role at azpro? Delegation. In my position, it’s my duty to delegate projects and empower my team. With all of us being on the same page and working towards a common goal, we can efficiently knock out the jobs and get home and get home on time. What was your first job? Peter Piper Pizza and The B.O.B. What’s one of your best achievements to date? Getting Team Member of the Month. That achievement was met by the votes of my peers, which felt awesome.
